BlueStacks App Player is a free Android gaming platform for PC. It lets you play your favorite games on Android and other applications, either from the comfort of your computer, without having to connect your phone or configure your monitor. Downloading and Installing BlueStacks Downloading BlueStacks is very easy, but the installation process took a little longer than desired. Understandably, it's a complicated application, but we're disappointed that the installation wasn't the only place we were. The interface of BlueStacks is attractive and fairly easy to navigate, but the application hides a large number of slightly complex options and settings, and as we will discover later, you will want to know them as soon as possible. Adding games and applications to Android Adding games and applications is pretty easy: BlueStacks is definitely for gamers, but there's no reason you can't download other types of apps. If you are looking for an Android emulator for other reasons (like development) then you should look for something like Genymotion. To do so, you must sign in to the Google Account linked to your Android phone. You can search for apps directly from the Play Store on BlueStacksor, but installing them will go through the Play Store. If you find a game that you want to play, it will be installed in the application just like your phone, but it will not sync. Games installed through BlueStack are not available on your phone, and just as if you installed a game on your phone, you still need to download it to use BlueStacks. Promote Better Performance If you plan to use BlueStacks, we recommend that you review the settings. There are two reasons for this. First of all, because the games available on Bluestacks are mobile games, not everything is designed for use with your keyboard and mouse. When you check your settings you will see all the options available for improving the game: Open Advanced Game Controls (right side of the keyboard symbol) to see what is available. Another reason you probably want to check your setup is because BlueStacks is unfortunately slow. We played a couple of games during the test and the games went smoothly, but opening games, finding guides, and swapping games is very slow. Other users have reported that other computer operations may be slow while using BlueStacks, but this was not noticed. Either way, the app offers tips for speeding up BlueStacks and we recommend you pay attention. Better control over Android games When you play through BlueStacks, you'll find all the controls of a game on the right side of the site. Some, like the full screen, are completely standard, while others are very much focused on the Android emulation experience. The amount of these choices you make depends on the games you play,but check them all out to see what might be of particular use to you. Among other features, you can capture screenshots and videos, record macros (to automate tasks), adjust real or simulated location, rotate the screen, shake it, and access advanced mobile controls to help control the PC while installing leu mobile applications. You can save your settings for later use or even run multiple copies of BlueStacks for Android fans. If you're absolutely determined to play games on your PC, BlueStacks is not a bad choice. It has improved a lot over the last few years and if you can get past speed issues it will do a good job of moving Android games to your computer. If you're better off than competitors like Nox App Player and KOPLAYER, it probably depends on which games you play (all with specific benefits and advantages), so check them all out and choose the best one.
