DriverPack Solution Online is a simple but not smooth procedure. When I ran the program for the first time, I was greeted by a window that told me that many of my drivers were out of date and then gave me the opportunity to identify necessary updates from the DriverPack Solution website.

Once you have identified it, you can select the driver (or rather cancel the one you do not want) from the driver. Then DriverPack Solution Online does the rest and installs the components you want.

This automated process works well, but we had some problems during testing. Temporary conflicts and exceptions during the driver's installation require my attention more than once and a restart is required. In the end, this is not a big problem for me, but it can cause major problems for some computers or just destroy inexperienced users who may come to the program for easy troubleshooting.

For a small benefit, DriverPack Solution Online adds shortcuts to some handy (and often difficult to find) features. This includes drive manager, uninstall features, system cleaning and disk defragmentation to optimize your hard drive. Although these features are available by default in Windows, it is advisable to include them in the DriverPack window.
