SONIC the HEDGEHOG is a live adventure comedy based on Sega's global game series, which focuses on the extremely explosive light blue hedgehog. The film is about the (false) adventures of Sonic, who navigates the complexity of life on Earth with his newborn's best friend, Tom Wachowski (James Marsden). Sonic and Tom join forces to stop Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) from capturing Sonic and using his powerful powers to rule the world. The movie also starred Tika Sumpter and Ben Schwartz as the voice of Sonic.
